Technical Coaches

Mentors

Individual guidance and support for students.

  • Provide 1-on-1 guidance to assigned mentees
  • Track individual student progress
  • Conduct mock interviews and code reviews
  • Address doubts and provide clarifications
  • Guide career path and skill development
  • Report progress to training manager

Operations & Admin

Administrative support and logistics management.

  • Manage batch scheduling and calendars
