Spent 5 months onsite in the US delivering 'ProviderOne' - Washington State Government's Healthcare Claims product used by the entire state population. Won 3 Spot Awards for delivering major milestones. Experienced firsthand how 150+ team members work seamlessly to deliver an enterprise-scale product. Learned how managers build and coordinate large-scale distributed teams for mission-critical government projects.

Joined Revature to implement the vision of replicating Revature US Business Model in India. Served as Training Head for the India Pilot Project and trained 400+ college students in 18 months on Full Stack Technologies using an intensive Project Based Approach. Shared Product Requirements with the development team to improve the LMS platform based on real training experiences.
