Roles & Responsibilities

Training Delivery

  • Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Full Stack technologies
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, Next.js, NestJS, Java/Spring Boot
  • Demonstrate coding concepts through live coding sessions
  • Create hands-on exercises and project-based learning activities
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
  • Keep training content up-to-date with latest industry trends

Curriculum Development

  • Design and develop comprehensive training curriculum for Full Stack development
  • Create assessment materials including quizzes, assignments, and project specifications
  • Develop E-Learning content and video tutorials
  • Review and update existing training materials based on feedback
  • Research industry best practices and integrate into curriculum
  • Document training processes and methodologies

Mentorship & Support

  • Mentor and guide students throughout their learning journey
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Facilitate daily standups and track student progress
  • Provide one-on-one support for students facing challenges
  • Conduct mock interviews to prepare students for job placements
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Assessment & Evaluation

  • Evaluate student performance through regular assessments
  • Conduct project reviews and technical presentations
  • Maintain skill matrix and competency tracking for each student
  • Provide detailed feedback reports on student progress
  • Identify areas of improvement and create personalized learning plans
  • Ensure quality standards are met in all training deliverables

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack development
  • Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React/Next.js)
  • Proficiency in backend technologies (Node.js/NestJS or Java/Spring Boot)
  • Experience with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks
  • Previous training or teaching experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Patience and ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LMS platforms and E-Learning tools
  • Certifications in training or instructional design (ASTD/ATD)
  • Experience conducting corporate training programs
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, AWS)
  • Experience with gamification in learning
